Appointment

Customer request for moving and storing products, containing all the information necessary for validating your request and planning the Terminal

scheduling

The trucks that will load/unload must have their operation scheduled according to the availability of the Terminal. The trucks will be allocated within the timetable made available individually.

Inspection

Digital inspection of trucks and drivers with traceability and history. Types of inspection: on arrival or departure from the terminal; on arrival and departure or before the operation.

queue control

Our system maximizes the use of the platform(s) by evaluating the scheduled operations in real time and automating/optimizing the entry of trucks.

Access control

We control and monitor the input and output processes; integration with OCR and truck flow within your Terminal.

Loading and Unloading

AutoLoad® fully integrates the loading dock and weighing process. All operations are controlled and executed after permission from the system, even in manual mode they are tracked.

tankage

AutoLoad®, together with the Level Telemetry System and Tank Alignment Valves and a Programmable Logic Controller, allows the control, monitoring and traceability of the terminal's product handling operations.

Inventory

Product inventory (API standards). Includes correction table for several products.

ERP Integration

Integrations are made at various points in the process lifecycle. They are flexible and vary according to the functionalities used in the solution and the information required by the corporate system.

Process Control

With the use of SCADA software on the market, AutoLoad® allows the control of other processes in addition to terminal administration, such as: monitoring and intelligent command of pumps; telemetry of motorized valves, among others.
