INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT, RELIABILITY, TRACEABILITY AND AVAILABILITY OF MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS.

AUTOMED® is an Integrated Measurement Management System developed to assist and optimize the management and integrity of measurement systems for petroleum, chemical products and biofuels. Developed based on the ABNT NBR ISO 10.012 standard, AUTOMED® aims to meet the requirements for measurement processes, ensuring metrological traceability of equipment, bringing more reliability to the measurement system as well as to the process associated with integrated management . AUTOMED® features a modular architecture that gives it great flexibility to meet the different needs of each client.

Metrological Management

Module aimed at guaranteeing compliance with deadlines for calibrating instruments and flow meters, carrying out chemical oil and gas collections, carrying out well tests for appropriation.

Register

Basic module where all the information associated with the measurement systems, necessary for the perfect functioning of the other modules, is inserted. 

Production Management

Module responsible for automatically closing production and issuing the Monthly Production Bulletin, with their respective apportionments and taking into account all recalculations generated due to the NFSM sent to the ANP.

Variable Monitoring

Module responsible for real-time monitoring of measurement system variables, providing a periodic diagnosis, based on the operating limits, calibration and sizing of each meter,

Equipment Integrity

allows importing data from calibration certificates and issuing Uncertainty Estimates of Measurement Meshes, based on information already registered in the system (for example, chromatographic analyses, diameters of plates and sections, etc.),

Fault Notification

Module responsible for automatically recalculating the daily production of oil or natural gas based on the failure parameters (type of failure, type of notification, instrument/meter, date of occurrence, date of detection, correction methodology, etc.). 

Management, Diagnosis and Sending of Production Files

This module queries the customer's database, replicating production and measurement information to the AutoMed® Cloud structured database, and generates the files.

NC Audit, Monitoring and Control

Module that includes the registration and monitoring of deviations (Non-Conformities) identified in internal and external audits, with action plan control and generation of indicators.

Operational Logistics Planning

Module responsible for controlling and planning the logistics of instruments, equipment and personnel.

Tank Measurement Management

Control of tanks and calculation of corrected gross volume and net volume discounting the BSW value, based on measuring the oil (and water) level in the tank, temperature, density and BSW, using the tonnage table.

Calibration Laboratory

Issuance of calibration certificates for pressure and temperature instruments and dimensional inspection of meters (orifice plate) and straight measurement sections with their elements, in accordance with the requirements.

Smart Reports

The Reports Module aims to consolidate AutoMed® Cloud data and translate them into information and management indicators. Facilitating and optimizing the analysis of information, the Reports Module enables safer and more effective management.

Logistic efficiency, process safety and operational traceability.

Partner companies can schedule operations, register vehicles and drivers, create product handling orders and monitor the status of their operations in real time using AutoLoad.
